This is a great translating app you can get for free. It has 90 languages from witch you can chose, and 4 translating methods:

1. Simple texting your sentence and the translation will appear bellow.
2. handwriting it on the screen 
3. camera mod, you simply point the camera at the text you want to translate
4. voice translating where you simply spake and it translates for you back in text and audio format.

Another cool thing about this app is that it can work offline, all you have to do is download the language pack you want.
