The following list is my top 5 favorite smartphone apps for Halloween:

1. Zombies Deathmatch by Reliance Games is a cool zombie fighter game in witch you buy zombies and items for them like weapons and armor. And you fight against other zombies.

2. In the Dead by PIKPOK is a very nice game in witch you run through masses of zombies and try not to get eaten by them. You can use various weapons like guns chainsaws grenades and even dogs to protect you.

3. Duck's Inferno by GROm Games is funny endless runner in witch you control a demonic duck who has to slash other demonic creatures and collect prizes that fall from them.

4. Trick or Treat Heroes - Match yummy candy and swipe halloween sweets to collect magic gems by Rank One LLC is another cool game that you can try out this Halloween. All you have to do in this game is to switch and match the candy and other objects to complete each level. This game is very easy to play and has nice graphics

5. TrickOrTracker 3.0 is a very useful app for parents which allows them to check their kids when they go trick-or-treating. But this goes both ways so even a child can locate his parent. With this app you can go trick-or-treating with your children/parents and stay safe.

Neon Shadow Zero By Crescent Moon Games

This FPS that you can find it in your Apple App Store, or Google Play Store is a cool game that you should try it out.

The game is simple and fun, the controls are pretty easy to learn. Basically, all you have to do is use the left side of the screen to move, the right side to aim, and use the on-screen button to fire. It doesn't require that much strategy, because all you have to do is just blow up stuff.

The game has a old stile look (the hood and the graphics), for those who have played Quake, Doom or Urleal Tornament, might like it.

The story begins with a commander who you play as, and who has the mission to regain control of a automato security manufacturing facility space station that was taken over by the ship's AI. A cool thing for those who are less talking and more action, the story telling cinematics don't last that much and you dive directly into the action, battling with robo dogs that electrocute you, drones that shoot fire balls at you, guns that are placed on the celing and other things that the AI sends to stop you.

The game has even a multiplayer component. So if you become a little tired of the camping mode, you can go against other players and test your skills.

So in conclusion the game is old stile, but nice graphics. The story isn't unique as there are other FPS games with a similar story, but the game manages to keep you interested. The controls are easy, so as you play, you get used with them pretty fast. It even has a multiplayer game, where you can go against other players. With all these being said, I definitely recommend you to give this game a try.

Downhill Riders by Happymagenta

This is a very cool game that you can play when your are in vacations, weekends or even in your free time because it doesn't require so much brain activity, only good reflexes. In this game you play as one of the two teenagers shown on the starting screen, who goes down a hill in different forms of transportation.
The controls in this game are simple: tap the left screen button to switch lanes and the right screen button to jump. And the rules are: avoid the obstacles and collect coins. But simple controls and rules doesn't mean simple to play game, because this game is a hard game. 
The more you progress in the game, the trash cans, cars, boxes and sewer holes become harder to avoid because the speed increases and from my personal experience makes me a little dizzy sometime. 
In conclusion "Downhill Riders" is a hard but fun and addicting game that I recommend you to try it.

Angry Birds 2 By Rovio Entertainment Ltd

This game just launched and it's awesome and very addicting. It's the 13th game of the series and for me the best of them. The graphics and animations are better and the birds are more angrier. The game sticked to it's origins despite the new features.
New features ware added like spells that allow you to enhance your chances. My favorites are the Golden Duck, that make it rain with rubber ducks who destroy everything, and Pig Inflater that inflates all the pigs in the scene and makes them to explode. Another cool new feature of the game is that you can now select wich bird you want to use, so this necessities a little more strategy for the way you manage them.
The repetitive feeling you get when you try a round again is no longer, because the position of the pigs on the forts changes each time you retry. Every round has multiple stages and boss fights occur at every 10 round. The bosses are pretty hard to beat because they are bigger than normal pigs and have a lot of health points. The best way to beat them is by using the surroundings  for example the TNT boxes or making a fort to fall on him.
The game even has currency now, that you can use in the arena or to buy lifes or spells. The Arena is a place you can enter when you get to round 26, and where you have a lot of rounds where you can do your best and compare your score with other players.
In conclusion the game is very addicting, has better graphics and a better playing experience. Despite the fact that a new type of bird would have been cool, the game is still awesome. So go ahead and give it a try.

Despicable Me: Minion Rush by Gameloft

This endless runner is based on the movie "Despicable me 2". In this game you are a Minion who has to run in the lab, collect bananas, run in other Minions and avoid the obstacles. The controls are pretty simple: all you have to do is swipe left or right to move, down to slide and up to jump.

You even got a shop in the game where you can buy upgrades and items and even other Minions using the collected bananas or tokens that are rare.

The graphics are pretty nice and the game is very fun to play. This game doesn't have any scenes of real violence so it's a greater game for children and adults. Although the Minion seem scared, he will not be harmed.

It even has a multiplayer option called "MINION RACES" where you compete against other 2 players.

In conclusion this is a very nice game and a good way to kill your free time. So go ahead and collect some "BANANAAAAA".

Terminator Genisys: Revolution by Glu

Since the movie just has been launched, this game came along. Developed by Glu, this game's action takes place in New York in the year 2028, where humanity is about to be extinct. Your character is a guy named Alex Lopez, who has to escape from the Skynet prison camp and join the Resistance .
The game has a lot of missions, weapon's and upgrades for them.
Although the missions are short, about 1 minut to 2 minutes and fairly repetitive they offer you a fun time because of the nice visuals. The game is a static shooter, that means you can aim, shoot, switch between weapons but cannot control the movement. Lopez runs and takes shelter on his own, you just aim and shoot. As in domain of enemies there are: the T800 (the normal terminator), spiders (the most annoying ones
), drones and the bosses.
In conclusion although the game could have been a little more different like offering you the option to control your character's movement, slightly more diversified missions, it still is a really nice game to play.
